As the Group admin, appoint your group manger! Invite members to your group!
-Anyone can create and share an organizational chart that is available in Outlook.
-Group code is the unique ID of the organizational chart. Team members enter and connect this group code.
-Only the person who created the organizational chart(manager) can see this button.
Click this button to create and modify organizational chart information.
-The manager has administrative rights over the organizational chart.
Managers can register, modify, and delete group permissions and information.
-On the Job Title tab, enter the position information used by your company.
Click Add Job Title and enter a information.
-On the left, first set up your department and add people.
If you have set up a job title and department, you can add people at once with Excel.
-Click the Import Excel button to upload an organizational chart at once.
Save the Excel form and click the Import Excel button to upload it.
-Finalize the uploaded members' information and click the All memory Registration button.
Then you can see the organizational chart at a glance.
-Members of the team who receive the mail will enter the group code.
Finally, Only the administrator's approval for the use is now left.
Team members must wait for approval of use through group code entry.
-Members of the team check the group code in the mail they receive from the manager.
Team members connect the organizational chart by entering the group code in the configuration.
-Organizational charts cannot be used immediately by entering group code.
Personal information is important. Approval from the manager is essential.
-The manager has the authority of the users.
-When you click Search Organizational Chart on the Mail Home, you can choose who to send the mail to.
-Click on the organizational chart in writing a new mail. You can then specify To/Cc/Bcc at once.
-Click the Open Additional button to create a tab on the right.
You can specify To/Cc/ Bcc on the Sub-Organization Chart tab.
